Zing - Worst Japanese remaster EVER, August 22, 2010

I was really excited to get this Japanese remaster as the quality on them is uniformly superb. Not here. I have NO IDEA what happened or what they used as their source but this is by far one of the worst, lossy muddy CD's I own. Even if they went directly from vinyl it would sound better. There is no mid-range and not matter how much I tweak my equlizer to make it listenable I just can't. Avoid! And yes I'm referring to the 24bit remaster. wow...
