WATERTITE has a unique oil-base formula that combines a state-of-the-art waterproofing resin with Portland cement to create a coating that stops up to 34lbs psi of water pressure. It also contains a mildewcide to prevent the growth of mold and mildew for a minimum of five years after application, making it great for basements and other masonry surfaces where mold and mildew can be problematic. WATERTITE® Mold & Mildew-Proof Water-Proofing Paint is a revolutionary advance in sealing basements and masonry surfaces – a sealer guaranteed to keep water out and keep mold and mildew away for a minimum of five years. WATERTITE can be applied to dry, damp or wet surfaces, so water problems can be cured immediately. It can be recoated in just four hours and dries to a smooth, bright white, non-yellowing finish that resists dirt and dust pick-up, unlike other waterproofers, which contain sand that can attract surface dust and dirt and promote mildew growth. Can be applied to concrete that is already painted. On rough, porous masonry apply both coats at a rate of 75 sq. ft./gal. on smooth, denser surfaces, and those previously painted, apply the first coat as above. The second coat can be applied at a rate of 100 sq. ft./gal. two coats must be applied to earn our warranty.

This is the most fantastic paint ever. I painted the shower floors that were ugly and scarred. They came out beautiful, waterproof and durable. Even the caulking when painted took on a new life. Cannot rave enough about this product. Buy it - you'll love it.
