I say 4 3/4 stars because once you zip it all up. The strap on one side is just a bit folded over. The bag is perfect even though it does that. It's just my quirk. I would recommend this bag to everyone young old. I have the blue trim bag.The bag is roomy. It is light weight even with all my junk in it. There is a zipper to close the bag. I was concerned with that when i bought it. I really don't have anything bad to say.I suggest you buy it buy it buy it

Just got my zip it bag today. It was very easy to zip into shape and I love the size. I've been looking for something like this for awhile. It's the perfect bag... but I thought I was buying something big enough to hold a binder and at least one textbook. I love this bag and will tell everyone about it- if they need more of a purse. The name student messenger bag threw me off I guess...

I was extremely disappointed when I received this bag... it's dimensions in real life are 11 wide x 4 depth x 9 height.
