I had heard about making omelets in zip bags, but then heard how bad it was to use regular bags.
After searching, I found these, and they perform as expected. They are very sturdy, and omelets come out great, and the bags are indeed reusable!
I'll be keeping these in our travel trailer for quick, yummy breakfasts.
