Butane is butane. This is good butane, but it's still just butane. If you wish to preserve your Zippo Blu's warranty, then this is your only choice. Otherwise, it's a little pricey.

This is a more difficult product for me to review, as I bought this product to fuel a culinary torch. I selected this product because of the brand name - ZIPPO. Thirty-five years ago, when I smoked cigarettes, I always had a dependable Zippo lighter and fuel. Hence, my purchase. Is this particular product good? Well, I suspect that it is, because my little torch worked. Is there a better fuel? I know not, but I am satisfied with this one.

I use this on my non-Zippo brand lighter, the Porsche Design PD-5.
The burn is quite nice, clean with low odor. I have not had any issues with clogging, as many manufacturers will warn you if you do not use compatible products; I tend to disregard this as any product worth its price should be compatible with remotely similar complimentary partners.
You get quite a bit of refills with a 5.43 ounce canister. My lighter is 1.1 mL capacity, so I'll be holding onto this for a while.
Refilling is fairly straight forward. Pop off the cap, insert it into the refill tube and press, hold, wait patiently, and pop it off. Recap, store and enjoy (after waiting for a few minutes for the lighter to return to room temp)

It was very simple to refill my Zippo Candle Lighter with this fuel...definitely more cost-effective than continuing to buy new lighters!

I ordered this butane fuel to go along with a pencle torch, it arrived really fast, its a good product and I would buy it again.

Everything product they sell is always of the highest quality. They work under very difficult conditions. Have used them since 1959.
Would recommend them to anyone.

On top of the candy apple red butane zippo I decided to get my boyfriend some butane fuel so he could fill it. I was assured to see it in bubble wrap and packaged safely when I received it and it also came in perfect time just like the lighter.

I have had no issues with this fuel or with using the container for filling lighters. It works well and I have no complaints about its functionality or usability. However, I feel that I should point out that one can find butane fuel for less money. Zippo butane lighters come with instructions that say only to use Zippo brand butane fuel, but I seriously doubt that that is necessary. I am not an expert on butane quality, however alternative (and less expensive) produce identical flames under even intense scrutiny, and there are no issues of residue or the ilk. So I will conclude by saying that this is a perfectly fine product, but you can get butane fuel for less money if you look elsewhere.

It really is what our little Zippo butane charcoal/candle lighter needed; but it's not much cheaper than simply buying a new lighter off Amazon, and obviously no more convenient. But anyway it works fine.

This is the most cost effective butane I could find for a soldering iron, even though I am not fond of the obnoxious zippo branding.
