This is a total mess-up. I ordered from Amazon!! I was charged for the entire package of flint cards for $9.35, but have received only a single card with just 6 freaking flint pieces. What the heck??

I was one of the not-unfortunate ones (and I choose my words carefully there) that received the advertised amount of flints. When buying this product, it's a gamble. There are the people who, as have reviewed this, did not receive the advertised amounts of Zippo flints. Obviously it's a common problem, and therefore you should know that you're taking a risk trying to get this good deal. While I'd say you have a good chance of receiving the correct amount, there is the percentage that do not get the correct amounts, and it is possible for you to be one of those. Aside from that, the flints work great, and for about $11, you have about 6 lifetime's worth of flints for someone who strikes their Zippo as a nervous habit/compulsively, so for normal use, I'd say each packet or two should last you a lifetime, so you can make some of your fellow Zippo owners very happy with a gift of a lifetime of flints.

this is just as it is described, there are enough flints here to last you a long time(144 flints). it is also perfect for a gift item, say you gift a zippo to someone, you may want to give them one of the cards as well. and these are a good deal at roughly 30 cents each, they also come in a display box like you see at the gas station or store.

I have a very special Zippo Lighter that was given to me as a gift many, many years ago and there is not a day goes by that I do not not use it and could not find the proper Zippo flints for it in stores. With the wonderful help of Amazon.com, I was able to order a whole box of the Zippo flints which arrived at my house in only a couple of days. My special Zippo Lighter is back to working properly and I now have plenty of Zippo flints and know where to order more!

Item description states pack of six flints, 24 cards. That is what is pictured. DO NOT BELIEVE IT! You get, or at least I got, one pack(card) with 6 flints.

i hesitated to buy this because there were so many reviews saying people received only 6 flints, or wicks. however, i ordered anyway and received the proper 24 times 6. i guess this is a gamble, but it worked out fine for me.

I ordered the box of flints, but received instead a box of wicks. I'm a little reluctant to order again, but will. Because no one else seems to have had this problem, I'll assume it's a fluke. Now I've got enough wicks to last a lifetime.
I won't sent them back because it's too much trouble for the price. So will try again. I gave it five stars because I'm sure the wicks are good ones, even though they're not what I ordered.

I ordered the pack of six Zippo flints due to the great price. Upon receiving the package there was only 1 pack of Zippo flints.

I got this product thinking that i was getting the entire seventy some odd flints. No i got one flint card with six flints. Total rip off. don't get this. Go to a grocery store or a fuel station and get them there.
