The kit includes the TriScanner Pro stud, metal, and AC detector, a handy tool for locating wood or metal studs, metal pipes, and hot electrical wires in interior walls, floors and ceilings, as well as rebar in concrete. The TriScanner operates in three different scanning modes--stud scan (good to depths of 3/4 inch), DeepScan (good to depths of 1-1/2 inches), and metal scan (good to depths of 1-1/2 inches in walls and 3 inches in concrete). A bright beam points out obstacles clearly for easy marking. In addition to the TriScanner, the kit includes the sonic measuring tool. The sonic tool is tapeless and hassle-free, with automatic distance, area, and volume calculations; a working range of 2 to 50 feet.; a double segment feature that allows users to add two measurements together to figure out longer distances; and a laser targeting system that ensures highly precise accuracy. The final piece of the kit is the Zircon VideoLevel. An electronic leveling tool more accurate than a bubble level, the VideoLevel makes it easy to determine plumb and level settings fast.
