LOVE Zoe foods,

I'm a 38 year old mother of three young children (ages 5, 3, and 1) and feel fortunate to have found Zoe cereals and energy bars. I feel great about giving the cereals to my kids. My three year old passes up Rasin Bran, Cheerios, etc. and asks for Zoe O's (cinnamon) which she eats as both a snack and as her breakfast in the morning. My extremely picky five year old son hounds me every time he catches me eating a Zoe energy bar. Honestly, I have to sneak them or he won't leave me alone. I've tried lots of other energy bars and they are like eating cardboard. Zoe Foods has mastered great health and great taste.

If you haven't tried Zoe bars, you're missing out. For the health conscious and foodie alike, these bars are delicious and great for you!
Low calorie, high fiber, low sugar, and choc full of Omega 3's.... Really great after a workout or as an afternoon snack. They don't melt in your car or gym bag (no chocolate coating on the Peanut Butter Paradise) and you'll have no messy hands or faces to clean, if you give them to your kids. (Kids love them! Cut in half for toddlers, and they'll be happy for hours.) Another GREAT thing about these bars: Although they are not "weight loss" bars, I did lose weight eating them, because they kept my blood sugar even, and I had something quick and satisfying after my gym workouts. Also, when I occasionally feel like having something sweet at night, instead of eating some high calorie dessert, I grab a Zoe bar. Zoe Bars have kept me lean and trim for almost a year now. Try them!

These have a very bland flavour but it packs a decent punch as a small snack throughout the day. Definitely not a meal replacement, but if expectations are as a snack this is A+
