I am very pleased with these riding pants. They have all kinds of pockets and storage places but still light weight. I would recommend going to their Website and use their sizing chart. I wear a size 38" pants but according to their sizing chart I needed an XX-Large which is what I ordered and they fit perfectly. Normally XX-Large would be way too big for me. I wear my chamois padded bike shorts under these am am very pleased with them so far.

These pants are excellent. I love how they feel and how they look. I was a little nervous and ordered a large (My waistsize for jeans is around 34 x 34) but I do wonder if I could have gotten away with a medium. Overall though I am extremely pleased with the product.

If you're not into wearing spandex bicycling pants in public, these are a good alternative for you. They have no padded liner, but they are loose enough to wear over your padded spandex shorts. The fabric is very lightweight, so it may not be durable enough for hardcore mountain biking, but fine for commuting and urban riding, even in warm weather. Length is a little longer than some other brands of cycling knickers, which is good for taller people who find other brands too short. I normally wear 34" (waist) pants and these knickers in size large (size medium is not available) are slightly loose on me, even when worn over padded shorts. They do hold up fine with either the drawcord (not especially comfortable) or with a belt. The back of the pants is higher than the front to give you enough coverage when bicycling. The pants legs are stretchy and articulated so they do not bind when I'm pedalling (a problem with some other brands). The legs are not tight, but not so loose that they snag on the saddle when I'm getting on or off the bike. I like that the cargo pockets have both zippers and velcro to hold you stuff securely. They are large enough to hold a wallet or smartphone or passport. The open hip pockets are useless when you're biking, since anything you put in there is likely to fall out.

When I initially received these pants I loved them. The problem is that they just don't hold up to the abuse of mountain biking. On my third ride with these pants the crotch caught on the front of my saddle and ripped a 4" hole. This has never happened with any of my riding pants, including the cheap stuff. For the price, I would have expected more tear resistance or maybe a reinforced crotch/saddle area. Zoic's competitors (Aero Tech Designs, Fox, Canari, Pearl Izumi) are all sturdier in this critical area - I own examples of each. With all of these well-constructed competitors, I will not spend any more of my money on Zoic products.

Great pants, I wear them on my commute. Very comfortable. The pockets hold things very securely. I plan on buying a few more when they come out with some more colors.

These things feel great. The material is something like a parachute (thankfully these don't look anything like those cool parachute pants you could buy at Chess King back in the 80s). Really light, soft and comfortable. I did a three hour bike ride today with them (using liner cycling shorts underneath - there's no padding on these pants) in a cool area near San Francisco and they were awesome. I don't agree with the one reviewer who says the elastic cord at the bottom is uncomfortable when you raise your knees while pedaling, I felt no discomfort raising my knees. Maybe that's an issue if you're really tall, I'm 6 feet. I can't imagine they'd provide much warmth if you're riding in a Minnesota winter but they'll be perfect for riding to work and wearing around this fall/winter/spring here in the Bay Area. Don't let the ladies keep all the capris pants for themselves, get yourself a pair.

This 3/4 length bicycle pant is exactly what I wanted, so I bought two pairs.
The quality is thin yet strong, mobile, comfortable and easy to wash by hand...

Overall, this is a very nice cycling garment. Fit is at least a half-size small: I have a 36 waist and the XL fits exactly; the L would have been too small; luckily, other reviews tipped me off to this so I ordered the right waist size. However, I wear a 34 inch inseam and the bottom hem of the leg, even in XL, only comes a couple of inches below the knee; a couple more inches longer would have been better (I find that a lot of products like this don't recognize that larger people -- at least larger cyclists -- tend to have longer legs.) Design and production quality are very good: waist has snaps, inside drawstring, velcro closure, zip fly and belt loops. Cuffs have stretch drawstring which is adjusted by a nifty little pinch clasp in each leg that fits into a tiny interior pocket. Fabric quality seems good: it's hard and shiny out of the package but after washing is a softer black with a nice feel. Leg diameter seems about right: not too tight and not too blousey. Lots of pockets. This is a very good knicker for everyday riding, but some reflective detailing would have been nice.
