This product is designed well, but is not absolutely necessary to make interesting popsicles. If you have measuring cups, a wedge, a large syringe, and some small pie crust cutters already in your kitchen then this set is really unnecessary.

The pricing of this product is really where it hurts. You get 3 small pour cups, a wand, a baster like device, 2 small cutters and a plastic ramp that allows you to position the pop maker for adding stripes and other pizazz to your pops. It just really does not feel worth the money spent. In the end, we usually just pour in our favorite juices or smoothie mix and let them freeze. It becomes a bit of a hassle cutting out small fruit or siphoning out the middle of the pops. If you just want awesome tasting pops quickly you can skate by this.

I will say that this adds some convenience to making the pops.

If you have the Zoku ice pop maker, you must get this accessory kit. Then you can make all the more interesting combinations of pops, that make having the Zoku extra fun. The large suction device is so great because you can make the layered type of ice pop. You just pour in the first flavor, such as lemonade, then after it freezes a thin outer shell, you suction out the liquid center and pour in your filing. I use sugar- free vanilla coffee creamer which tastes great and saves a few calories. After it is frozen you get a treat with a creamy center. Wow! Your friends will be amazed and so will you. The other tools let you add decor such as tiny stars make of bits of fruit that will show on the sides of the pop, so pretty for a party. I wish this tool kit came with the Zoku, because you really do need it to get the most fun out of the Zoku ice pop maker. You will be very happy with this accessory kit.
