I loved this juice when it was in the older packages and couldn't wait for it to return. I tried my first bottle today and couldn't even finish it. The taste was bad and there was a lump of something yellowish floating in it even after vigorous shaking several times. I'm very disappointed - and have another 11 bottles to get rid of.

I generally try to eat fresh fruit and/or make fresh smoothies and avoid juices like this (especially pasteurized juice drinks). If you want maximum health benefit from fruit, drinking it in pasteurized juice form is not the way to go. However, there were some of these Acai drinks free at my office today and I decided to try one.

I took one sip and was instantly disgusted by how excessively sweet this drink is. So, I checked the ingredients list and wasn't surprised to see "Organic Evap Can Juice" as the second ingredient. Why would you do that for a supposedly "healthy" product?

I found this at a health food store while on vacation, after tasting it I immediately jumped on amazon to order a case and the subscribe and save feature every 2 months. (although I think I might need to switch to each month)

You wont be disappointed with these drinks, the pineapple compliments it perfectly!
