5.0 out of 5 stars Cutest Zombies ever!! June 23, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Super cute, rhyming tale of Zombies. I love the creative parallel between activities of those bump in the night creatures and those of our regular kids. This story is certain to chase away some fears and give grown-ups a laugh, as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great fun!! June 23, 2012

Loved Zombie Kids! It's filled with fun rhymes and really terrific illustrations. Though it's written for kids ages 8 and up, adults will get a chuckle out of it, too. Zombies are my new best friends.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Ghoulish Read January 28, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
I was given a e-copy in exchange for my honest review.

My 5 year old son and I really enjoyed this ghoulish read. It has great illustrations, rhyming schemes, and a creative storyline. I am a lover of monsters and the paranormal. It has seemed to rub off on my son. I do try to limit what he watches, but there are times when I catch him sneaking in to have a peek at my monster fest on tv. The book helps him understand that just because they are "monsters" doesn't mean that they have to be scarey, or that they don't have feeling. (Sort of a hidden message for kids that just because someone looks different, doesn't mean we should treat them differently) He loved the unique zombie ways of doing things. We shared many laughs, especially over the zombie ice skating. He said it looked like me when we went on our first trip to the ice rink. He also loved that the word snot was used in the to love little boys. I see use enjoying this book for many more reads.

This is the third book by this author that my son has loved. I would recommend her books to all little ones. This author has continued to keep him interested and entertained with her creative writing styles and tales. The illustrators that do her books do amazing jobs as well. I look forward to enjoying more reading time with my son and her books.
