Great little hub!
Purchased this because my PC won't handle an Xbox 360 controller and an external sound card (the controller draws a LOT of juice!). I am very pleased with this hub- small, plenty of power for all my USB needs, and inexpensive. The only con I have (and it isn't much) is that it's so light, I had to use a couple of pieces of double-sided tape to keep it from sliding around...

Don't waste your money.
Connections are lost with this hub several times a day. After only 10 days, I trashed this unit for a Kensington brand. The difference is like night and day. All 7 of the USB connections are being used on the Kensington with 100% efficiency!!

P.S. This hub was $7 cheaper when I bought it in November, hence the "inexpensive" comment in my review.

Doesn't meet advertised specs,

The package says it can provide up to 500 ma to each port. It has 7 ports so it ought to be able to provide a total of 3500 ma. The included AC power adapter is rated at 2amps (2000 ma) max. So it cannot meet its advertised specs. After two attempts to get satisfaction through their customer service, they didn't even understand my point. I didn't want to return it because I like the styling, but it goes back!
