Product Description

Product Description
Deal or No Deal single player game pits you against the Banker in a bid to win as much money as possible. No trivia questions. No gimmicks. Just a lot of nerve. Only one question is asked - "Deal or No Deal?" Playing as a contestant, you pick one briefcase from a selection of 26. This is your briefcase. Each of the 26 briefcases contains a money amount ranging from $.01 to a staggering $1,000,000. You must play a series of rounds each time opening a certain number of briefcases. The first round will involve you opening 6 briefcases. Each time a briefcase is opened that amount is taken from the money board.

4.0 out of 5 stars DEAL OR NO DEAL!!!, April 9, 2008
Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
I would have to agree with a previous reviewer that after playing this game a few games...it can get boring quick playing by yourself. However...playing with someone else or in some situations, it can help pass the time. Playing against another player can be quite entertaining to help break split decisions for example: "the one who wins the most money" gets to decide...where to eat, what to do...what movie to see etc...OR loser has to wash the dishes, cook...and so on and so on... We still have not won the million sooooo We'll keep trying!

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to play and lots of fun!, January 8, 2008
Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
If you are a fan of the TV show, you've got to get this game. The whole family takes turns playing it. It is compatible with the DS system too, which makes it nice to swap out with friends who have other handheld game systems.

3.0 out of 5 stars Novelty wears off fast, December 24, 2007
Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
I am an adult gameboy player and I try to find games to play while waiting at the dr's office or traveling. I enjoy game show games so I thought I would give deal or no deal a try.
The positives are it is very easy to play on all modes. Just about anyone from age 5 and up could play one of the modes. If you have a gameboy link cable, and 2 copies of the game it is fun to play against someone and see who makes better choices and wins more money.
The cons are this game did get boring fast. There are 3 games to play. The traditional pick a case game from tv, a high low game in which you just guess if the next case will be higher or lower then the previous one, and a vault game in which you have to guess which three cases are in the vault by high low clues.
If you can pick this game up at a low price then I would recommend it, espcially if you get 2 games and use the gameboy link cables since it is best played as a 2 player game.
