In all fairness to the product, it was poorly packaged and sent I a review on the packaging but never heard back from anyone at Amazon. I bought it in memory of our 15 yr old dog we had lost and just cried more when I received the $50 BROKEN product. We repaired it ourselves rather than deal with the trouble and pain of return. Not worth the price especially when broken (left bottom corner was broken). Thanks.
