Works on Windows 7,

This review is from: Zoom 2.0 Webcam for Notebooks (Electronics)
I saw questions on whether or not this webcam worked with Windows 7, and if it had a clip for the monitor - I didn't find the answers, but it was on sale so I gave it a shot. For those that have the same questions, yes and yes. I plugged the USB in, and Windows 7 recognized it right away. Behind the black base, there is a little hook for the laptop monitor.
The video quality looks pretty decent, but I can't vouch for a connected video call yet, or the sound quality (the mic does work though). Skype found the cam with no problem, and I assume other IM services will too - I just haven't connected with anyone yet (It's late, and I just plugged it in). One more FYI - the cord is pretty short, maybe around 2-2.5 feet. Hope that helps!

Picture quality good but slow,

The picture quality of the camera is good for still pictures. However, the video is slow to the point where there is a lag between the video and the audio. Easy install. Not very efficient for web conferencing.
