1.0 out of 5 stars worse than the original foot pain, April 20, 2011
This review is from: Zostrix Diabetic Foot Pain Relieving Cream, 2-Ounce Box (Health and Beauty)
I was told to use this b/c of my anterior tarsal tunnel problems in both feet. I felt no relief after applying the cream, however three hours later I had put my shoes and socks on and went out. My feet began to sweat at some point and my feet felt like they were on fire. I had to go into the bath room and wash my feet in the sink with ice cold water then leave my socks off and hurry home. The 2nd time I used it I took a bath 7 hours after applying it and again the horrible burning was too much for me to put me feet into the tub and get out. I had to lay on my back and drain the tub before I could get up. Zostrix does not go well with water, given that feet sweat I wonder why they would suggest you use it on your feet.

1.0 out of 5 stars No Refund!, January 31, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Zostrix Diabetic Foot Pain Relieving Cream, 2-Ounce Box (Health and Beauty)
This medication made my condition worse. I have nerve damaged to my feet from fallen arches and surgeries.
I tried it several different ways only using a drop on each foot but it burned my feet. One night I had to get out of bed and wash it off. The burning was so severe I thought I may have damaged the nerves in my foot.
Many people said they found relief. Not me.
I'm using Neuragen now [ which has an awful strong smell which I'm learning to live with ] and B vitamins and have found at least 70 % relief. It took three months for the vitamin therapy to work but it was worth the wait.
I called the company and asked for a refund they said they would refund my money but it's been at least three weeks and I've heard nothing. I'll give it a few more weeks then I'll contact them.

It's been quite a few months and heard nothing from company about my refund even though I sent in everything
they requested.
I will not deal with these people again.
