This is absolutely the best Zucchini cookbook available. There are so many wonderful recipes that cater to all dishes - Appetizers, Dinners & Desserts. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has too much Zucchini and not enough ideas. After getting your hands on this book, you will find that "Zucchini : You Can Never Have Enough".
