Tried different kinds of shoes for my Zumba class, either they were not comfortable or did not allow me enough movement. My teacher was wearing these shoes, after noticing that she moved with ease through all the moves, I asked her about this footwear. She recommended them highly, and suggested that I try online to order them, I did that the same day. The shoes arrived in 4-5 days, I was excited to try them on. They fit like a glove, I used my regular shoe size and it worked out just fine. From the start of my first class I've loved them, SO comfortable, light in weight, I can swivel with the special "balls" on the soles, and they look great!

I went back and forth, trying to decide if I REALLY wanted to spend the money on these shoes. I was working out to Exhilarate in regular sneakers and there were times that the grip was just too much.

I try not to let the branding influence me in the sense that I "had" to have the Zumba name shoes to do Zumba, but then I started looking at why these were recommended, specifically the pivot points and less grip. I looked up the other shoes recommended for dancing that had similar features, but since I am not a dancer, I wasn't sure how those shoes would translate for Zumba.

I was still debating due to the price; $75 is a lot of money to throw out on shoes that suit just one purpose. Then these went on sale...with free shipping. I ended up paying just over $56 (which is still high!) but I am soooo glad I got them.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. It is much easier to pivot, twist and turn and I don't worry about my ankles trying to go one direction and my shoes determined to stay in one spot! Others have mentioned the lack of support for the knees, but I have had no problems. I've had two surgeries on my left knee so I wear a neoprene brace for support, but I have not experienced the problems others refer to on other websites. As for the arch support or lack thereof, I wear them as is so I guess my arch is where it is supposed to be. For size concerns, I usually wear 7.5 to 8 in all of my other shoes, so I ordered the 8's in these and they fit just perfect.

I usually work out six days a week and so far, I have not seen any ripping or tearing or quality issues. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with these shoes and very glad I chose to order them. I would recommend them, especially if you can hit the sale price.

My shoes just arrived and I did a Zumba workout and love them. They cost more than I really wanted to spend and I wanted the pink too, but now that I have them, I am quite happy. I ordered a size 8 and I sometimes wear and 8 or 8 1/2. The 8 fits very nicely for a workout shoe even with thin socks! Recommend them.

They only make full sizes. I ordered size 7 which is the size I usually wear, it was too big. I returned them and ordered a size 6. Got them and they felt like they would be fine, but after one Zumba class I realize they're too small. I can't return them now because I wore them once and took off the tags. I'm sure if they made a 6 1/2 I would be very happy because they were lightweight and seemed very comfortable, just couldn't get the right fit since they only sell whole sizes.

Love these shoes. Really comfortable, light weight & plenty of support. My shoe size is between 8-1/2 & 9 so I ordered the 9 & they fit perfectly. The 8 would have been too small.

I started zumba about six months ago. First class I wore wrong kind of shoes and my knees and my back were killing me after the class. I bought a pair of shoes just for zumba after the first class; although the shoes work, they really are not made for zumba/dance. I decided since I really like zumba, I would invest in a good pair of zumba shoes. I am surely glad I did. The Z-Kickz shoes are light, very comfortable, and I am able to move easily on the floor. If anything, I would say it would be perfect if they came with insoles with better arch support.

After doing Zumba for over a year, I decided it was time to upgrade my footwear, if not only for comfort but also safety. Recently, certain dance moves started to cause some pain twinges in my shins and knees, so it was clear I needed better shoes before I injured myself further. After reading the reviews I decided on the Z-Kickz C/D wide width. Since these didn't come in half sizes, I went with the wider width model for extra toe space rather than going with a half size larger. I wear size 5-1/2 and I have never before worn a 6 in sneakers so I bought the size 5. I'm so glad I did! I found them to be quite generous in size with plenty of toe room, in both length & width. They are very flexible and lightweight and I no longer have pain or discomfort in my shins or knees. I dance on hardwood floors and my sneakers were just too sticky. These are perfect for the job & worth the price. Reccommended for Zumba or any dance type of workout that involves slides or pivoting. Save your knees!

This shoe is not perfect, and I think is overpriced, but is the best Zumba shoe I have found so far. I bought some of the dancing shoes with only a partial sole, and they had no support. These are light weight and have hard material on the bottom so you can move your feet and they lace up for support. I do Zumba on a carpeted area, and these work better than standard tennis shoes, which are heavier and the bottoms don't slide as well on carpet.
