This item is a total piece of junk. It is NOT made by Zune, no matter what Amazon says and it does NOT work. It will neither charge my Zune or sync anything. My PC does not even recognize it when plugged in.

What more can I say. The product did not work at all. Not even a small indication that it would work. I strongly suggest that no one should use this device.

The cord I received was supposed to be an oem zune brand cord. It was not. I received a generic cord that does not work.

The picture that Amazon lists shows the official OEM Zune cable, the actual product I received from MarginMart was a cheap Chinese knockoff. I have had 3 of these cables so far, and they have all broke within months. The end that plugs into the device comes apart and the connections inside break. I am very disappointed and mad that Amazon would let a seller give me something that doesn't match the product description at all. I only bought this because I thought it was an OEM product. It looks like depending on what seller you buy from, you may or may not get the OEM cable.

Worked one time. After that item quit working, cannot even disconnect it from my Zune. The plastic enclosure on the connection part fell off. Dont buy.

Doesn't work! Not real zune cable and doesn't charge my zune. Do not waste your money! Don't waste your time either!

Even though it says it's a "real" sync cable, don't believe it. I ordered this and when it got here I realized that it is just a cheap knock off. I used it for a day or two and then it quit working on me. It won't charge or sync to my computer. Avoid the product. Spend a little extra money and go to Best Buy or Radio Shack and get a real one made by Microsoft.

Item seems to fit better then the original. Looks like they may have improved the connection issues found in the original cords.

I bought this cable instead of a MUCH cheaper cable elsewhere on Amazon because I read the reviews here that said it was the real, official Zune cable. Well, It's not the real Zune cable. It does work, but definitely not the real thing. Needless to say this was frustrating, especially since I paid twice what I would have paid for other had I just ordered one of the other cheaper cables on Amazon.

This cable arrived today. It is NOT an authentic Zune cable; no where is it marked Zune or Microsoft. And worse yet, it does not work at all as a means of synching my Zune with my computer. I've tried to resolve the issue but it still will not work. There needs to be an option for zero stars as this product is not what I expected and does not function.
