I bought this chair several days ago and am sitting in it right now. It is stylish and comfortable. The controls are fairly spartan (recline and height adjustment only), but for a $220 chair (free shipping from Amazon), this chair suits all my needs and I am quite happy with it.

The chair comes unassembled, but only took me about 15 minutes to assemble using the simple 1 page of instructions.

I ordered three of these. One came in a completely destroyed package. The hardware the support post were missing-it must have fallen out of the gaping holes in the cardboard. It looked like the thing had been dropped out of the back of a truck and bounced into a pond. I called the Zuo, leave numerous messages, never get a call back, finally get someone, and was told they wouldn't handle it over the phone; I had to email them. So I email, with no receipt or anything indicating they received it, and wait. I call again a few days later. We don't have your email. I email again, call immediately to ensure it's been received (what's with the email thing anyway; don't most companies have a contact form with an immediate confirmation email with a tracking number?). Finally I get the hardware in the mail, three no cover for the post. Whatever; I'm so sick of it all I'll live with the bare post. The second one finally arrives and the box looks just as bad, but luckily everything was in this one. I cancelled the order for the third chair.
It's too bad since the chair is very comfortable-you can lie back in it and fall asleep. The wheels are a pain to get into the legs-I almost broke a couple. Other than that, simple to put together.

I ordered this chair because I loved the style. When the box arrived the delivery man apologized about the box. He said he had never seen such poor packaging for someting so heavy! The flimsy box was literally destroyed. The vinyl on the chair was a really bad imitation of leather and scratched all over like a cat had been in the box with it. Plus I received two left arm rests! Don't order this chair untill the company does a better job on packaging and shipping!

Cool looking modern chair that sits too tall for me. The locking tilt option is difficult to use. If you are taller than average height (I am a 5'10" man) this may be okay for you. For me I can't use it.

We wanted this for a modern home office. They style is great. Build quality, when we got it, is OK, but not super. Can't expect more though at this price point, But the good style was not enough to get us to keep the chair. We ended up returning it after a week of steady use because no matter how hard we tried, it was just not comfortable for a day of sitting. Few chairs are built for hours at a desk, but this is too hard on the seat, and without enough lumbar support to make it a worthwhile ergonomic office chair. Shame, would have loved to have it be comfortable as well as having super style.

This a Zuo Lider Chair made by Zuo. I bought the chocolate color and it is peeling in several places. I contaced Zuo and sent them pics, but they said since I've owned it for more than a year, Zuo would not warranty it. I've owned it for 14 months and it started to peel after 7months. Waste of money
