I just received these and wanted to give feedback to anyone thinking of purchasing them. They are very nice looking and appear to be high quality. But, I thought they would be heavier than they are. The other side on the flatware, the side they never show in the pictures is concave. I will try to upload a picture. I'm not sure about the way they feel in my hand, not comfortable, but not uncomfortable. I plan to keep them and hope we get used to them.

UPDATE: 9 May 12 - This is our everyday flatware and has taken some abuse from us and our young boys, yet, they still look new.

From the photo, expected this to be solid, but found out that it is not, The handles are like a bent piece of metal.. looks fair, but would've opted for different choice if had known earlier. Too expensive to ship back from my location.

My first concern when I received this is that it was made in China. Secondly, the prongs on the fork are easily bendable and the overall weight of the silverware is light compared to our previous basic set from Oneida.

No thanks, it is going back.

Anyone looking to have a somewhat unique set of flatware, definitely buy these. I promise that every time you break out a knife for someone new, they will LOVE it! The whole set is very well made, very weighty in your hand, it's incredible. The lines are smooth and they go well with many types and styles of dinnerware.
