I love the look and feel of the knife.

These knives are well worth the money since they are quite pricey at least by my standard.

I own two of these - for making school lunches (sandwiches, usually), they're the perfect do-everything knife. The textured edge cuts tomatoes; the blunted end gets the mayo out of the jar; they cut through the finished product without pushing all the filling off the bread.

I use this knife for many tasks from slicing tomatoes to cutting the silverskin from pork tenderloins or lamb shanks. The pointed end slips easily underneath and then the serrated side slices the silverskin off. Additionally, being so light and flexible, it's easy to work around the meat. This is one of my favorite go-to knives!

I registered for thes knives for our wedding so we would have a durable high quality set to last us for 30 years or so. They have so far exceeded my expectations. They are build very well and are extremely sharp. Although it says they are dishwasher safe I do not trust our dishwasher since we live in an apartment. These knives are well worth the money since they are quite pricey at least by my standard.

We bought this knife to replace our lost Henckels Twin Pro S Serrated Utility Knife (part of a set). It falls way short of replacing that knife, but this item is almost 1/3 the price. So you get what you pay for. The knife feels flimsy, but it does the job and stays sharp. It is a handy extra knife to have around, but I would never buy a set of this quality.

Hands down this is my favorite knife of all time. I orginally found this knife at a discount store and was intrigued as the packaging indicated it was perfect for slicing tomatoes. Even though I balked at the $12 price tag I decided to try it. I was amazed to find out how much these knives retail for and have since purchased one everytime I find one less than $20.

It is the perfect size and weight for everyday slicing of veggies and fruits. It will slice a tomato paper thin as well as onions and anything else you put in its path. My husband has since found a set of these in a larger more rigid size that are great as well. Henckels knives are certainly worth every penny. I recently purchased one and sent to my daughter who wanted a good knife.

Not Zwilling J.A. Henckels top of the line, but a great quality knife. For the money you can't go wrong with this selection and the Twin Signature line of knives. It will last and can be sharpened. It may cost more than other knives but think of how often you're in the kitchen using a knife. Dull knives are not safe. You get what you pay for and you won't regret buying quality knives. Getting the right knife for the right task is really important.

I've have an older version of this knife for several years now when it was the "Twin Gourmet" line and its used daily here mostly for slicing toast or sandwich's and it does a great job. The edge holds up well with only an occasional swipe on a steel and still looks new. I don't know about any rusting issues since mine is still perfect so I guess its all about how you care for your cutlery but its a great handy smaller knife.

This is our second knife. No longer sold at our local Macy's, therefore was very happy to have found it on Amazon. The knife works perfectly, on almost anything. Use it all the time and would recommend it highly, and as a must have in the kitchen. I use both knifes every day.
