These shears are high-end shears, sharp and lightweight; however, they function like they were heavy-duty shears. They cut through chicken bones with ease and have completed our cutlery needs. They would receive 5 stars if they were not so pricey.

Great product, super sharp and durable and fit in my Henckels knife holder - that little cube on the front. Husband couldn't open a big sauce jar and this opened it with ease! Be careful no one tries to sharpen the blade though b/c there are very minute serrations that should never go dull, if they do, contact Henckels.

I am a custom knife collector and well versed in steel, fit etc. I did my homework for these scissors and was not disappointed. They are not flimsey, are well crafted, fitted and sharp. You will be passing these on to your children.

My mom has some cheaper ones that break about every year.
I am willing to bet she has spent more over the years than I will with these.

These are a nice set of sturdy kitchen shears. They are very sharp and I love that they can be put through the dishwasher. They'll cut through a lot of different materials with little trouble. They're also not so big that they're hard to handle.

If you want shears that will cut through anything and that are cheap this is the shears for you. This is one of my favorite shears ever but the cutco shears still beat them because of the way you can take them apart for cleaning

I have medium to large hands, and these scissors provide barely enough room for two of my fingers through the loop on the lower handle. They should be advertised as herb snippers, similar to the Shun Herb Shears DM7100. Serviceable, sharp, good kitchen scissors for medium light tasks.

I love these shears. The old kitchen shears I had were so dull I had to almost chop through bags, packages, whatever I was opening. The Henckels shears are extremely sharp & cut through everything with ease. But, what I like as much as the sharpness are the large handles. I have arthritis with swollen joints in my fingers, but they fit easily into the holes in the handle. Even if the price seems high, I'd recommend these to anyone. You get what you pay for.

I know that these are $$$ but I think that they're worth the money. They're really sharp and cuts everything with ease. I love knives and scissors of this brand in general. Ergonomic, comfy to hold. Always pretty good quality. I haven't had the same luck with Wusthof scissors. I bought another pair of Henckels to take out with me to cut food for my 20-month-old. Love them too!

I own knives from this manufacturer and like them so thought I'd take a chance on these. Very nice. They are so sharp that they cut with little effort despite handles that could be a bit more ergonomic. It's also nice that they fit in the block, which is much handier than other shears I own the are thrown in the utensil drawer with everything else. Much easier to find in the block than the drawer. I would buy again.
