Great Contemporary Zydeco!, March 31, 2010

Jude Taylor really rocks. I haven't seen or heard his son Curly but I will soon. I like this one a little better than his other one. This one has Zydeco Macarena which I could do without and the other of his cd's had Zydeco Strokin' which is Clarence Carter's song. Zydeco Stroking is pretty great. The back up band is really hot. He plays in Washington State occasionally and was affiliated with the Port Townsend Blues Festival ( called something else). I'm a big fan of the piano accordion as the King himself Clifton Chenier played one. Dust off your dancin' boots and give this one a skoot.
