I am a fan of the Y-peeler and this one is very good. I especially like the longer handle. Be careful, as with all new peelers, the blade is sharp (a good thing). I recommend getting this one.

This is the best peeler I had used. we can peel potatoes, mangoes and even apples. Nice to have one for the kitchen.

I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't so large. I have large hands for a woman and still find the 7 1/4" length and large circumference hard to hold.

I gave it 4 stars because it works really well! It is sharp and I can peel as fast as I want and it keeps up. Peelings don't get stick in the blades and they come off cleanly.

It's so sharp that while getting used to the size, I accidentally took off a bit of thumbnail. I'm more careful now and have gotten used to gripping the large handle while peeling veges at a blazingly fast speed.

If you like mangoes and you hate to peel them you have to give this Zyliss-Y-Peeler a try. Very light and easy to use, you won't lose your grip with it's fancy long handle. I was very impressed.

I read a good review about this peeler in a food magazine and decided to try one. It works great!
