Product Description

Product Description

The Zyliss Right/Left Handed Herb Mill tears herbs instead of cutting them, which releases their essential oils, flavor, and scent, while allowing them to retain their freshness. The herb mill is ideal for basil, parsley, sage, and other fresh herbs. The kitchen tool features a large-capacity filling funnel which comes apart for simple cleaning. The Zyliss Herb Mill features an easy-turning handle which can be fitted on either side of the mill to accomodate either left- or right-handed users.

Everyone in the family wants one. Works perfectly, is so easy to clean, and doesn't cost much.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Nice Addition to your Kitchen, December 2, 2006
This is a nice way to 'mill' your herbs. The plastic 'teeth' chop most herbs up well. The downside is that they stain easily and it can be hard to clean.
