I've been restocking my entire kitchen, passing on to my daughter the old cookware and utensils, when I chanced upon this item. It fits well in my hand, lightweight, best flexibility of silicone, and versatile. I use it over and over again, so much I had to tell someone.

Nicely made. Fits hand comfortably, with a nice balance to it. Does not scrape the "seasoning" off my wok like my metal spatula does.

Works very well in cooking process with wok or sauté pan. Front edge actually cut at a slight angle so it moves food out from edge of a sauté pan easily. Would be perfect if handle was also silicone to prevent edge from melting it if you lean spatula against edge of a sauté pan while cooking. Would buy again.

I keep looking for a good spatula and this one is great! I love it for stir fry. It is stiff enough to turn heavy ingredients, yet the edges are soft enough to squeegee things out of the pan. It also handles high heat very well and easily wipes clean.

I started using this little guy in place of my wooden utensil with a similar shape (for stir fry, soups, whatever). It works so well, is easy to clean, and over time, seems to stand up more than its wooden counterpart. I also love the variety of colors it comes in - mine is lime green. Highly recommend!
