Great To See A Book About the BodyBuilding Benefit of Creatine,
By
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: FAQs All about Creatine (Freqently Asked Questions) (Paperback)
It was just a few days ago that I was talking with a personal trainer about the benefits of creatine to trigger muscular growth. What I learned is that creatine is one of the few safe supplemental alternatives for triggering muscular growth. After this talk with him, I was eager to learn more. As good coincidence would have it, I came across "FAQ All About Creatine" by Ray Samelian and Dave Tuttle, and within this book, I got all of my questions answered about creatine.
If you want to learn about this amazing new supplement and from a reliable information source, I strongly recommend that you get a copy of this book.
