This is a wonderful story! I bought it for my daughter AND my best friend and they have enjoyed it equally! My 2 1/2 year old insists on having it read every night before bed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a children's book!

This is a charming story. The characters are precious and the illustrations are fabulous. It is cleverly written, and the fact that it can be read in Spanish and French makes it even more unique. T-M is an excellent author and his version of this classic tale is sure to be a family favorite. I definitely recommend this book!

In any language this book is adorable and not only offers a mini-glimpse of the French Quarter, but also a unique opportunity for exploring not one, but two other languages; sure to become a family favorite. I ordered one for my granddaughter, who happens to live on the bayou, and look forward to her learning to read it herself to her brother and sister; eventually in all three languages.
