5.0 out of 5 stars Must have for any parent of a newborn, baby or toddler
I first met Aden & Anais at a wholesale marketplace in LA - and became hooked instantly! There is no other product like this currently on the market and is a must have for any new or existing parent - I only wish I had found them sooner!

3.0 out of 5 stars stiffer than the other aden blankets
I'm a big fan of this brand of lightweight blankets. Their other products are great too. My only complaint is the camo print makes the fabric a bit rougher than my other aden blankets. I am using these as cute stroller blankets, but wouldn't recommend for swaddling.

I first met Aden & Anais at a wholesale marketplace in LA - and became hooked instantly! There is no other product like this currently on the market and is a must have for any new or existing parent - I only wish I had found them sooner!

I bought a pack for my 2yr old son - the reasons being that I was tired of conventional baby blankets that were very synthetic, too hot for him to sleep comfortably with and also in many cases VERY small cut. I love these wraps! They wash up super soft and crinkly and are lightweight, very comfy and the perfect blankie to sleep with in any weather without worry of overheating or kicking blankets off. My son loves them! I also highly recommend them as an alternative to putting a blanket over a stroller / carseat while baby sleeps, as these are far more breathable and not heavy or overly hot.

I was very frustrated in the height of summer when we went to the Zoo and all I had was the usual baby blankie that was firstly too small to cover properly and just baked in the heat with barely breathing. These wraps are the answer! I just bought two to give as a new baby gift. In trying to think of something that I know she wouldn't have, but would definitely get use from - these are it!

PROS: Developed in Australia
CONS: Made in China

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Baby Swaddlers Ever!, March 17, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I'm a new mom and have recently discovered just how useful these wraps are. Our baby is quite strong and moves a lot at night time. He easily got out of his swaddling blankets until we started using the Aden and Anais Muslin Wraps. They are plenty big enough to fully wrap your baby up. They are great for outings too- draping over the carseat carrier, stroller, and for breast feeding. There are so many uses for these. We have about eight now. I wanted to make sure we always had some clean ones on hand. I never worry about our baby overheating while using these and it feels like the wraps allow their skin to breath better. Probably my favorite baby product.

Just received these so perhaps my opinion will change but they feel much rougher than I thought they would. I have heard that the wraps with more 'ink' are not as soft as the ones with less. But I have yet to wash them so maybe they will soften up. I also purchased the alphabet swaddling set and they seem far softer. I would use these as stroller blankets but not as swaddling cloths.

I bought this pack as a gift for a new baby. Although a bit pricey compared to other swaddling blankets, it's well worth it. I had to open the package to feel one of the blankets. They are softer and more cotton-like than I expected. They are very lightweight and a bit stretchy. They are a decent size, and would be great for swaddling, or just wrapping the baby up in them. The colors are beautiful. I'm definitely buying some for myself with my next baby!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for Summer, June 17, 2009

The fabric is nice and light which makes these wraps especially versatile in the summer. The designs are a nice change of pace, too!

4.0 out of 5 stars the hype was true!, June 9, 2009
By
although all the reviews i read were positive, i figured i'd try them myself before i believed it. but these blankets were everything they were promoted to be. my daughter needs to be swaddled to sleep well and i was concerned with the warmer months coming that we'd have a real problem. these blankets solved that! they are light weight and breathable.
they also are incredibly soft, though the ones with more "ink" (the polka-dotted one in this set) don't get quite as soft as quickly.
worth the money.
