I've been lifting for amlomg time and these are the first lifting shoes I've ever bought. The difference is amazing. My feet feel firmly planted to the ground and the heel wedge improves form during squats, deadlift, and clean. The stable platform these shoes provide has also helped to eliminate my knee and hip pain while squatting. They are a bit narrow but the length was a bit long for me. I wear a 13 running shoe and bought a 13 in this shoe. I wish I got a 12.
