comfortable but watch the pivot points,

I had to wear shoes for my karate classes when I injured my Achilles Tendon. These are very comfortable, fit well, and didn't slide around on the foot during class.
The only problem I had was class used mats and these shoes do not slide at all. Those fancy pivot points on the bottom may work on the ground or on wood floors but on floor mats I had to be very careful to not rip my knees out. |
