I've been using this style of Adidas running shoe for several years as a walking shoe. (I'm too old to run.) The shoe has it's faults, but it's the only cure for a sore heel that I've found. If I walk in any other type of shoe, my sore heel returns in a few days.

On the negative side, the shoe is slightly unstable. Also, the open sole structure picks up an incredible amount mud of when I walk across muddy ground.

Still, I recommend this shoe enthusiastically to anyone with heel problems. The shoe also works very well for anyone who has to stand for long periods. I've owned several pairs of these. I'll continue buying them as long as they're available.

I bought it in August and kept it until October for a trip. This shoes hurt my Metatarsus and they are uncomfortable due to the mix of soft materials on top with hard materials in the side which scraps the side of my feet.

First Adidas Shoes I buy that is disappointing to me.
