Good idea- not good product,

The bands are good quality but there is so little velcro that they are not able to be adjusted as needed. The way it is produced, the sleeve is not able to be tied up tight enough to really do any good. I am an adult, and if there is not enough velcro to tie the sleeve tight enough for me, it will do even less good for a teenager or younger.
