This is a great lightweight cap.
I just washed this cap today by hand and it was super easy, a little liquid laundry soap and cold water, rinse and hang to dry. The cap has bit of a stretch to it so I didn't have to worry about it losing it's shape. I happen to sweat a lot when I work out or jog and the inside sweatband really worked for me, and the "ClimaCool" fabric pulls sweat away and dries fast(there are little holes in the fabric). The fit is also nice as it has an adjustable Velcro strap in back,it's very small so it won't scratch or irritate. You can't beat the price,and I received it in about 3 days!

Nope thats pretty much it. no wait! It's white and dirt is pretty hard to get out. i wear mine during practices and matches and the dirt got really dirty on the strap cause i wear it backwards like Ash Ketchum. But back to my story, it is a nice cap.
