This is the original DFB (German Soccer Federation) Away Jersey, just as seen during the FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010. Made by Adidas, it's a top quality jersey with the DFB and Adidas logos and shoulder stripes embroidered, NOT printed or "hot-pressed", which should last (maybe too) many years with proper care (no softeners, no tumble drying, etc. as usual with synthetic fabrics). Just to give you an idea of the durability of these jerseys, my Adidas DFB Home Jersey from the FIFA World Cup South Korea-Japan 2002 is still in perfect condition!
My size L jersey (I'm 6'2"/200 lb or 1,88 m/90 kg) fits just fine but for people who want a looser, more relaxed fit I'd recommend going one size bigger. As for styling, colors, etc. well that's a matter of personal taste, but I like this black jersey very much for its understated golden (not yellow) stripes and red V-neck. What you see in the accompanying pictures is exactly what you get, so no surprises there! My mother (Frau Fuchs, thence the interest for German soccer) and wife liked it so much I had to buy each her own jersey...
Finally the price may be a bit high (around $62 when I bought it here at Amazon), but still in the usual price range for these soccer jerseys, but if you want a more reasonable price I'd suggest to shop around or wait a couple of months till World Cup Fever fades away and jersey prices go down, but don't wait too long as new models will probably come out for the UEFA Euro Cup 2012 and this particular model might become difficult to find!

I got this jersey after the great World Cup run by Germany this year. The jersey is authentic from the stitching down to the chest emblem, it is very well made and really cool! I love this style too, next will be a Klose jersey or a white one!

This is a high-quality Adidas shirt with superb detail. We saw the same shirt being sold in sporting goods stores in Germany.

This jersey looks great and the Climacool material used to make this jersey feels awsome! The jersey itself is an official Germany jersey so this is as close to the real Germany jersey as anyone can get without being on the team. Many people have given me compliments on how nice my jersey looks. If you want an official Germany jersey I strongly suggest that you buy this.

I bought this shirt shortly after the 2010 World Cup. Now, nearing the end of 2011, it's been washed several times, and it still looks as good as new. This is by far my favorite shirt and it's also the one I wear the most. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to support the German National Soccer team. It looks great, fits great, and lasts.

The sixe fits perfecth. An original Adidas fine creation. This shirt feels just excellent when you wear it and besides this, you just get tired of people giving you compliments when you use it; I feel as tall as Metzelder when I use it...! :)

The delivery was very fast!!! And it is awesome. Although, it does not have the FIFA patch. Other than that, it is a good buy!
