I bought these shoes for trail running and am very pleased with the quality, comfort, traction and most of all how light they are. Size is accurate, and a great fit.

I've been wearing these on trail for around 3 months in South Korea now and they are amazing. Nice roomy toe-box is great for downhill and the aggressive lugs won't fail you in the uphill. Also, concerning the lugs, they let go of "hitchikers" quickly when switching from shiggy to asphalt. The only gripe I might have with them in regards to hashing is since the body is so meshy, thorns easily stick you in the side of the foot. Other than that though, they are perfect.

These shoes are pretty light weight and the tread is pretty good, the toe box is a little narrow, but I tend to have slightly wide feet. If your feet are wider, you may want to go up half a size. The arch support isn't very tall. The tab on the back that helps you pull them on seems securely attached. A pretty good quality to cost ratio, definately a good value.

these shoes have been great for the trail running i do great grip for up and down hill i run in upper michigan so i take them through everything from mud, water, downed trees and rocks love them for spring summer and fall but not in the snow gets a little cold

This is my third pair. Absolutely love them. Perform well and have held up very well too. Always on the look out for a new pair in a different color combination. Great product.
