Great workout shirt. If you don't want it tight on your body, I recommend getting a size larger. Bought large Tech-Fit and it was tight on me (normally wear Large shirts). Purchased an XL and it was a perfect fit. I have worn these shirts for half marathons and I love them, they also provide good back support.
