The adiZero Cadence is a spiked shoe for track races 5000m and up (also a good low-fatigue shoe for track workouts). It's a very interesting shoe in that it is built like a super-lightweight flat (road racing shoe), but has spikes and a track-gripping outsole. What this means is that it is far more comfortable and natural feeling than some of the lighter, more aggressive track spikes, but it is plenty fast enough to keep up. I love these shoes.

Note: These shoes are only for the track! I wouldn't use them on the road or offroad.
