I ordered the silver ones before and I LOVE them...i wear them almost everyday..they're really comfortable! so when i saw the blue ones on sale i had to get them!

I don't normally leave feedback, but my experience buying these shoes is worthy of print. I wanted to tell amazon how unhappy I was with my purchase, but they only allow 200 characters to explain the reason for return (and ITEM WAS USED is not one of the catagories to choose from). That being said, I have decided to list here what I would have said to amazon had I been given the chance:

You should have another choice under reason for return: other. In this case other would be getting merchandise that was clearly used by someone else before being sent to me (the shoes are dirty and show obvious signs of wear). They are disgusting. The shoes were meant to be a Christmas gift, but they turned out to be a disappointment. Rarely do I place feedback about a product or website, but this is one of those few exceptions. I am so shocked by the poor quality of the product (and service) that I must inform other consumers. Also, the fact that your customer service telephone number is impossible to find is ridiculous. When I'm upset with a product or service, I expect to have a number to call so that I can share my concerns and hopefully receive some positive feedback. Having to write out my experience seems less than acceptable (and not particularly sympathetic).

**I know that doesn't really describe the shoes themselves but does it really matter how good the shoes are if they have already been used by someone else?

They are extremely comfortable and lightweight! Perfect for walking, running, or shopping! I was so pleased that I ordered a second pair for 13 year old daughter that wanted to take them over!

I got my order extremely fast and they are exactly like the picture. My daughter is going to love them! They are super comfortable on and I still can't believe I got them for $19.99!

Its one of those shoes that are not soo sporty that you cannot wear them outside the gym- they look rather elegant, esp with the shine on the side straps. I got the blue pair, although I wish I could have had my hands on the silver one. The sole is about 1.5in thick towards the heel and they lift you up a little bit, which is also nice. They go real well with jeans and lounging Pjs. Excellent pair for the price!

just got the blue color in yesterday! love them. saw them on sale at at store for $39 so you cant beat the price of $19. totally worth it!

I can't believe I got these shoes for as cheap as I did. I'm not sure what the other reviewer meant when she said the pictures were misleading because they look pretty much the same in person. I love how the stripes are a different texture and somewhat shiny. The only problem I had with them are that they butt up against the bottom of my ankles, but they probably just need broken in. I trust the quality because of the brand so I know I got a good deal.

This sneaker is so durable for walking as well as running. I wore this shoe everyday and it's still in good shape. An absolute good shoe.

they're ok, it's just that they don't fit perfectly, and one makes a little noise. still good for $20

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've owned in a long time. They're cute and sporty and so affordable. I've gotten so many compliments from my friends asking me where they can get a pair. I'm thinking about getting a pair in every color!
