These are definitely great quality shin guards. I had previously owned a different pair of Adidas Predator shin guards that were a little bit larger, but these are still large enough and offer great protection. They're lightweight, they breath well, and they stay put during the game. If you need a size estimate, I'm an adult 5'10" male and the large size fits me perfectly.

Great shinguard, lousy product pullers. I purposely bought the white shinguard to be low profile under white socks. They sent the black, kind of hard to blend in.
