Good for fast walking,

I'm not much of a runner. But I can say I like these shoes for walking. Once I'm out doing very fast paced walking I do not notice my feel. If you want a real plush feeling then buy something else. But these feel okay. I walk about 2.5 miles per day in them on a round trip to work and wear them all day at work.

Very breathable shoe with great stability and traction. The laces require a double knot, but that is my only gripe. I loved the fit so much that I bought a second pair. They look really great too.
