Tons of air flow with these shoes. I teach physical education outside in Florida. There are days where it gets so hot down here I think I am in hell. LOL These sneakers, protect, ventilate and stabilize my foot all at the same time. If your feet have a tendency to get really hot or they sweat a lot, these are the shoes for you. I bought one pair, the yellowish/khaki ones for $35 on sale. I loved them so much I purchased these gray and blue ones for $75. They really are worth the money.

These really help keep my feet cool while being supportive and comfortable and cute. The mesh part is really mesh; you can see your socks through it. I'm very glad I found something I can hike in that's not too warm or heavy. I found these to be true to size as well.

Great shoes, just a little tighter than what I expected. If you don't have narrow feet, don't get these shoes. =)
