Over the years I've gradually switched to Adidas running shoes, versus Nike. Nike shoes fall apart faster. I run 5 miles a day on a paved bike path, and the temperature has been 35-45 degrees F. The last two pair of Adidas have been slightly disappointing because the plastic in the heel is harder than I would expect. Maybe it is because of the temperature?? I don't know. They are light as advertised though. So in other words, they are just ho-hum. I'm not thrilled.

These shoes are okay.. but they are short lived. If you do not run alot then these shoes are great, but if you run every day or every other day as myself about 5 or 6 miles then these shoes are not for you. They are light on the feet but.... i give their lifespan about 2 months or less...

Same shoe I always wear.Size was exact. Same as teh ones I can never find in my size at teh store. Love them.
