I started running with the Adidas trail running shoes and just bought one edition each year (TR7, TR8, TR9...). For a while, though, I was unable to find any TR shoes and switched to a number of others before settling on the Adidas Supernova. Running for one summer in two non-Adidas brands produced a knee injury that landed me in physical therapy for six months, and I've been injury free in both the Supernova 2 and 3. I don't notice any difference, really, between the Sequence 2 or 3, and would choose whichever is cheaper - and this is coming from someone who is extremely sensitive to how a knee injury may be affected by changing shoes.

I use this shoe almost every time I buy new running shoes. They are great if you have a neutral foot. I feel like I am running on air.

This stability running shoe it wonderful. It has good pronation control but doesn't sacrifice cushioning or that responsive feel on your feet that makes for a great run. The sizing is true, too.

I did some research to see what type of running shoe would be best for my foot type(very little arch) and these were rated the best. so I decided to spend the money on them and once I put them on I was so thankful I bought them! I have had them for 2 months now and they still feel just as comfortable as the first time I put them on! I love these shoes!
