Top Quality Shoe! Great Price!, January 29, 2010
After searching for this particular shoe in practically every soccer equipment store in South Jersey I decided to purchase online (Women's size 10.5). First let me mention that most retailers do not even stock half sizes above size nine and the selection of women's soccer shoes in the big box stores is limited to generic low quality shoes or astronomically priced shoes that even a pro does not really need. I was pleasntly surprised that Amazon was the cheapest of all the online retailers I tried and had half sizes to boot. Now to the shoe itself truely a women's shoe built on a women's last not a boys shoe masquerading as a women's shoe. The construction is top quality and the shoes needed no breakin at all. The removable padded insole is a plus. These shoes are true to size with a moderate rise in the instep probably best for players with narrow heel and slim feet. If you have wide feet or a really high instep I would probably suggest you try another shoe. The external heel counter just adds to the amazing fit! I highly recomend this product. These shoes are going to be worn a minimum of three times a week 2 practices and Saturday games. If I can I will add to this review in a month or two to let you know how they stand up over time.
Sept. 5th 2010 Update: My daughter absolutely loves these shoes getting ready to order another pair as she's now in HighSchool and wants to look god on the pitch after a complete year including two outdoor seasons (Winter indoor Spring and Summer camps) these shoes are finally fading in color but still useable for practice. I cannot tell you how nice it is to see a product actually live up to promised performance.
