Great for running, bad for "shoe wear",

I have owned 2 pair of these shoes and both pairs have ripped inside at the heel prematurely. Although these are great feeling for running/walking they do not wear well if you plan to workout a lot, ie daily.

Love adidas...these run very big. Had to reorder half size smaller. Not easy to do...ordered and waited for refund on return. Other than that love adidas running shoes. I run in saucony, mizuno and adidas. Do not every run in asic or nike. Am a 50 yr old woman...running for 30+ years. Flat flat feet with bunions...so shoes are important.

I love the arch supports. I had terrible knee issues after running and these have gone a long way towards correcting the problem. And it doesn't hurt that they look pretty cool.

Got this shoe to replace my other adidas workout shoes. Very comfortable and I am a very picky shoe person. A great shoe for everything from working out or if you are going to be on your feet for awhile. I don't think I would pick this shoe for heavy activity like running lots of miles daily, but it works for me on my elliptical and occasional runs too.

My brother-in-law is a podiatric surgeon and suggests that I change my shoes every three to four months. I have flat feet. I was amazed at the difference it made to replace my year-old shoes with these new ones. I've worn the Adistar Salvation for over a year and believe it to be a great shoe. The only drawback is that it does not provide enough arch support.

Every thing was smooth sailing with this order.
Shoes arrived quickly, were just what I ordered. No fuss...no muss...just the way I like it!
