I race in this shoe - I use it for Tempo runs, harder runs as well as middle distance triathlons - 10ks through marathon. It is NOT a slipper shoe for the 5ks, but it is stable enough for the longer races. LOVE IT! Fits true to size for me for Adidas shoes.
