VERY light, well ventilated running shoe. Great support and cushioning. Only con: vent hole on the bottom of the shoe allows water in on wet days...pro: insole removable for fast, easy drying!

I've been keeping an eye out for these shoes since my size is no longer available on Road Runner. When I found some size 10s on Amazon for just over $40 (usually $90), I jumped at the chance to buy my third pair. They're perfect for me as a not so serious runner of 5 to 8-mile runs/5 times per week. I'm 5'8/135lbs and do not experience any hip or knee aches that other more cushioned shoes have caused in the past. They're very light, no excessive support, and look great. They're really well ventilated--my feet never get sweaty and I can run with or without socks. Because they're so well ventilated, tiny pebbles can get in if I run on dirt and I recommend avoiding puddles as the soles have air vents. I haven't yet tried running without the insole, so I can't comment on that experience. Overall, great shoes!
